How does Chomp cooperate with Factory?

Chomp designs the circuit diagram and PCB layout and provides technical guide and testing guide to Factory, and follows up the EP, PP, MP. 

 

What’s the lead time for MP?

Chomp needs one week to finish the PCB layout. For engineer sample, 3 days for making empty PCB, and 3 days for assemble the PCBA. once the engineering samples are no problem, Factory will run the PP to produce 100 or 200 pieces, which it will take 20 days then it will go to MP, which also it takes 20 days. So the total lead time for MP is around 55-60 days

 

Will Chomp continue to support customer once their project is finished?

Of course we keep following up to mass production. 

 

How many ways can customers choose to cooperate with Chomp?

1) If customer already has the factory, we can work with the appointed factory from development to mass production, and Chomp acts only as the design house/solution provider in this case. If customer has no appointed factory, Chomp can introduce the proper factories to Customer.

2) If customer doesn’t want to contact directly with factory and need Chomp to act as the manufacture, Chomp also can do this one stop service.

 

Chomp’s price is higher than other Factory?

It depends on the specific product. If the price is a little bit higher than the other OEM factory, it is normal because:

We have professional engineers and technicians to support customer’s project from software design to MP supervision, which other OEM factory cannot compare with Chomp. With better technical service, it can have more stable product with less defective product and less after sale service, in the long term we can save your cost actually.

 

How can I protect my data from being copied by other customers?

For each of Chomp’s customer, Chomp has a unique ID and encrypt for them. Chomp has its own encrypted IC which protects customers’ data.

 

I don’t know anything regarding reading pens, can Chomp teach me step by step?

Of course, Chomp has professional English-speaking sales and engineers docking with customers from the very start. Chomp has uploaded its technical documents on the website and video teaching on YouTube, which customers can download by themselves for self-studying. If there is anything unclear, customer can contact its corresponding sales at any time. And these trainings are free!

 

I don’t want to pay the development fee, what should i do?

If you really have good quantity order, it is no need to pay development charge, but just need to pay some deposit for us to launch the development, and once you play the order to the defined quantity, we can return the deposit to you.

 

Chomp only provides kids’ products?
