* Our brand (for the production order): 1000pcs per shipment with assorted models in 100pcs per color: 35~55days

* Your brand: 1000pcs per shipment per model with 300pcs per color: 35~55days

*Non-brand: 1000pcs per shipment per model with 250pcs per color: 35~55days

3). Our guarantee period is 1 year after shipment. If there are any watches with functional problems during this year, we can help repair them free of charge, but we only pay the delivery cost for the watches to be returned to you. Usually the defective rate is less than 1%.

4). We can provide 5% spare straps or 1% spare complete watches for your order free of charge.

5). Our standard packing is bulk pack. If you provide boxes to us for your order, we can pack watches with your packing materials free of charge.
